Job Description:

A well-established, product-driven company is seeking a Senior PHP Developer to contribute to the development of backend systems powering high-traffic web applications.

This role involves designing, developing, and maintaining backend features using PHP and modern frameworks. The ideal candidate will collaborate with team members and stakeholders to plan and implement scalable system architecture.

Key responsibilities include writing clean, efficient, and testable code, participating in code reviews and knowledge-sharing sessions, and contributing to DevOps and cloud deployment workflows.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 5+ years' experience working with PHP and frameworks like Laravel or Symfony
  • Strong understanding of MySQL (or PostgreSQL), RESTful APIs, and Git workflows
  • Exposure to cloud platforms (preferably AWS) and containerisation (Docker)
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
