Overview

Director & Head of International – Legal: We are currently under mandate from a leading international firm expanding their corporate team in Dublin. They seek an ambitious corporate lawyer with an interest in high value M&A and Private Equity work. The role requires a NQ - 2PQE lawyer with exposure to mergers & acquisitions; joint ventures; and private equity from US and international clients.

About You
  • Strong corporate experience including M&A and Private Equity
  • Experience drafting and negotiating key corporate documentation would be advantageous
  • Experience from a leading Irish or International Law Firm
  • Excellent academics
  • Strong desire to work and live in Dublin
