Your Responsibilities:

· Reporting & CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and client interactions in CRM. Provide regular updates on progress, forecasts, and key metrics on achieving revenue and profit targets.

· Relationship Building: Establish and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers at potential client organizations, building trust and rapport to drive sales success. Managing and building a portfolio of clients where you are renewing and upselling products and solutions.

· Collaboration with Cross-functional Teams: Collaborate with internal teams such as Central Client Account teams, Marketing, Customer Success, and Product Management to ensure client needs are met and deliverables are achieved. Helping to create a vibrant and engaging culture built on high performance that drives results.

· Market Intelligence: Stay informed of market trends, competitor offerings, and industry developments to provide relevant insights to clients and position NielsenIQ as a market leader.

· Internal Engagement & Training: Partake in sales training, knowledge sharing and whitespace analysis in order to sustain a culture of collaborative communication on sales best practice, overcoming objections, client news and occasional trade show attendance.

Your Qualifications:

· Experience & Education: 3+ years of successful experience or bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Marketing, or related field. Experience must be in B2B/direct sales, new business development, or sales hunting, preferably in data analytics, market research, FMCG or SaaS environments.

· Interpersonal & Problem-Solving Skills: High energy self-starter and self-driven with good personal management and organisation skills with ability to multitask and deliver to deadlines. Active listening and problem-solving skills to identify client needs and challenges in order to propose customized solutions that deliver measurable results.

· Sales Expertise: Demonstrated expertise in prospecting, lead qualification and generating new business through relationship building, networking or cold calling all while meeting or exceeding sales quotas, and close complex deals in a competitive environment.

· Technology Savvy: Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce, Salesloft, HubSpot, etc.), Microsoft Office Suite specifically Excel, and an understanding of data analytics tools and platforms is preferred.
