What We're Looking For

We're looking for a highly skilled Enterprise Mobility Consultant who is an experienced technical engineer with problem-solving capabilities and a strong networking background, combined with a high level of customer service experience and proven management of customers/accounts. Experience in Enterprise Mobility, Windows Server, MS SQL is beneficial.

Responsibilities
  • Provide subject matter expertise on the implementation, configuration & support of SOTI MobiControl Mobile Device Management Software Solutions to meet project deliverables, including software installation, application configuration, testing, and pro-active troubleshooting and resolution of issues during implementation.
  • Hold requirement gathering sessions with clients and provide feedback to the back-end software development team to assist in product fixes and enhancements.
  • Set up and/or carry out large-scale software migrations and upgrades.
  • Assist Support and Pre-Sales teams with technical issues as needed and assist in software quality assurance activities including testing and documenting product issues.
  • Investigate issues reported by customers and communicate with internal product development teams to resolve product issues.
  • Undertake Discovery Calls with customers to identify opportunities to effectively leverage SOTI software across their business units.
  • Develop documentation to support standard implementation and support processes.
  • Document all Work Orders and Enterprise Support Cases accurately in a timely manner.
  • Provide strong training skills to train end users on SOTI software, on-site or via phone, for large groups.
  • Log all testing, troubleshooting and research of known issues, workarounds, and information for the support knowledge base.
  • Act as a designated point of contact for assigned Enterprise Support customers, understanding their business, mobility usage, and future mobility strategy.
  • Provide consultancy (advice, training, knowledge transfer, and deployment modifications) on a pre-scheduled basis in collaboration with the customer.
  • Escalate where needed and provide guidance to Support team members requiring specialized help with a customer's environment.
  • Advocate for customers in priority discussions and meetings.
  • Prepare an Annual Technical Review with a detailed breakdown of the customer's environment, configuration, and cases with improvement recommendations.
  • Collaborate with the customer's SOTI Account Manager to generate sales opportunities from Enterprise Support customers.
  • Develop and deliver occasional webinars for customers and colleagues on specialized aspects of SOTI Mobility Management.
Experience You'll Bring
  • Minimum 4+ years in advanced technical positions (implementation specialist, technical support, solutions architect) with direct customer advocacy and engagement in post-sales or professional services within a complex IT environment.
  • Strong interest in mobility with knowledge of leading and emerging mobile technologies; working knowledge of Android, Apple, and Windows OS.
  • Excellent problem solving, resolution, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to understand and explain complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Solid communication skills and the ability to manage relationships with large enterprises.
  • Multitasking capability with the ability to balance competing requirements.
  • Ability to train diverse audiences on SOTI software (in person or remotely).
  • Excellent English and German verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proactive, able to work with minimal supervision, and willing to take the initiative to complete projects.
  • Experience in MS SQL (scripting & administration).
  • Strong understanding of networking concepts (certificates, SSL/TLS, firewalls & routing).
  • Windows Server administration (LDAP/AD, services & troubleshooting).
