Job Responsibilities
- Assist in the implementation and management of the firm's compliance program.
- Conduct regular compliance reviews and monitoring to ensure all practices conform to regulatory standards.
- Develop and update internal compliance policies and procedures to respond to changes in the regulatory environment.
- Report and document compliance issues and follow through with effective solutions in a timely manner.
Qualifications
- 2-4 years of experience in Financial Services.
- Strong foundation in Compliance Advisory: ability to provide sound and comprehensive advice to ensure business operations align with regulatory requirements.
- Expertise in Compliance Policy: skilled at crafting and revising compliance policies that meet legal standards and promote business integrity.
- Adept at Compliance Monitoring: proven capacity to perform thorough compliance checks and audits, identifying issues and recommending rectifications.
