A leading firm with one of the largest construction practices in Ireland is seeking a Construction Associate to join their expanding team.
Responsibilities include advising on all stages of construction and utilities projects and PPPs from inception, planning, procurement and construction through to completion, with involvement in construction disputes as part of a mix of advisory and contentious work.
Qualifications and requirements:
Qualified Solicitor in a Common Law Jurisdiction
2-6 years' PQE with proven experience in construction law (ideally in both advisory and contentious matters)
Excellent drafting and negotiation skills
Superb attention to detail
Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team
Strong communication skills at all levels
