Assistant Store Manager – Premium Fashion Retail Kildare

We are looking for a motivated and energetic Assistant Store Manager to support the leadership of a premium fashion retail store. This role is perfect for a passionate retail professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is committed to delivering an exceptional customer experience, and is ready to take the next step in their leadership journey.

Key Responsibilities:

Support the Store Manager in driving sales and achieving all performance-related targets and KPIs.

Lead by example on the shop floor, delivering a premium, personalised service to every customer.

Assist in the day-to-day running of the store, including opening/closing, stock control, and visual merchandising.

Motivate, coach, and develop the team to ensure high levels of engagement and performance.

Take ownership of key operational areas, ensuring brand standards and compliance are consistently maintained.

Analyse sales reports and customer feedback to identify trends and opportunities.

Step up in the absence of the Store Manager, taking full responsibility for store performance.

Foster a positive team culture that reflects brand values and encourages customer loyalty.

Ideal Candidate:

Previous experience in a supervisory or assistant management role within a fashion or lifestyle retail environment.

Strong customer service focus with a genuine passion for people and style.

Energetic, hands-on, and commercially aware, with the ability to influence and lead a team.

Confident with store operations, including stock processes, merchandising, and compliance.

An effective communicator with great organisational skills and a positive, solution-oriented mindset.

Ambitious, driven, and eager to grow within a premium retail brand.
