About the Role

Reporting to the General Manager Sprinkler Division.

Responsibilities
  • Reviewing contract documents, drawings and specifications to ensure compliance with the system design standard.
  • Implementing project specific international fire protection design standards; NFPA, BS EN 12845, FM Global and LPC.
  • Attending client meetings, administering technical submittals and producing project schedules.
  • Ensuring projects are carried out in compliance with our ISO 9001 system.
  • Estimate and control costs on projects using our ERP system and provide financial reports.
  • Schedule the production of drawings with our design department ensuring current drawings are in circulation.
  • Liaise with our QEHS manager to ensure all quality, environmental and health & safety requirements are met.
  • Identifying and managing any additional works.
  • Coach and support team members with tasks you assign them.
Qualifications
  • A degree in engineering is desirable.
  • Minimum of 5 years experience, ideally in the fire protection/construction industry.
  • Excellent planning, organisational and time management skills.
  • High level of computer literacy.
