Project Manager

Our client is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead delivery on two major pharmaceutical construction projects in Ireland. The initial assignment will be a 4–6 month project in Tralee, followed by a 2-year project in Limerick. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in roofing and cladding systems, along with proven leadership in fast-paced site environments.
Responsibilities
- Oversee planning, coordination, and execution of roofing and cladding packages
- Manage subcontractors and site teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery
- Monitor project progress, budgets, and safety compliance
- Liaise with clients, consultants, and internal teams to resolve technical issues
- Ensure adherence to drawings, specifications, and installation standards
- Maintain site documentation and reporting
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in construction, ideally with roofing/cladding focus
- Strong understanding of pharmaceutical or industrial build environments
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive performance on site
- Safe Pass and relevant certifications required
