SSA is recruiting a Project Manager on behalf of a multidisciplinary consultancy with offices in Limerick & Dublin.

About the role:

The ideal candidate would be an experienced Project Manager delivering high-quality construction projects. The client, a leading construction consultancy, is looking for a skilled professional to manage key public sector development projects from inception to completion.

As Project Manager, you'll oversee and coordinate major construction projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

Responsibilities include:

1. Oversee and manage all phases of construction projects to successful completion.
2. Ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
3. Deliver projects on time, within budget, and to required quality standards.
4. Maintain compliance with all relevant legislation, including Safety, Health & Welfare at Work regulations.
5. Work closely with project stakeholders, consultants, and contractors.

Requirements:

- Minimum 7 years of project management and/or construction experience.
- Familiarity with the Capital Works Management Framework.
- A third-level qualification in Construction Management, Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or Architecture.
- Chartered status is desirable.
- Proven ability to lead and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
- Strong communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in relevant IT systems and project management tools.
