We are currently recruiting an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Manager to lead the food and beverage operations at a luxury hotel in Co. Sligo. This role is ideal for someone with strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction
  • Lead, train, and motivate front-of-house staff
  • Maintain high standards of food, beverage, and service presentation
  • Manage reservations, complaints, and customer feedback professionally
  • Monitor budgets, sales targets, and cost controls
  • Ensure compliance with health & safety and food hygiene regulations

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar managerial role within a 4*/5* hotel or upscale restaurant
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities
  • Knowledge of POS systems, stock management, and reporting
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent
