Responsibilities
  • To be familiar with and adhere to all company policies and procedures
  • Conduct nutritional assessments for residents
  • Develop and implement personalised dietary plans
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals and the multi-disciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care
  • Provide nutrition education to residents and team members
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in dietetics/nutrition
  • CORU registered
  • Full clean driver's licence
Skills
  • Empathy and ability to understand the needs of others
  • Experience with people with additional and/or complex needs
  • Experience in a residential or similar setting is advantageous
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Enthusiastic, proactive self-motivation with ability to provide holistic supports
  • High personal standards of performance and delivery
