In this hands-on role, you'll play a key part in optimizing production performance, improving processes, and ensuring top-quality standards in a fast-paced medical device manufacturing environment.
What You'll Do:
- Monitor and maintain line performance to maximize efficiency
- Implement daily process improvements (Kaizen mindset)
- Train and upskill operators to the highest quality standards
- Conduct audits to ensure compliance with GMP & EH&S
- Work with Engineering & Production teams on new product introductions
What You Need:
- Experience in medical device manufacturing (cleanroom environment)
- Knowledge of POBA catheters and stents
- Strong problem-solving & organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Commitment to quality, safety, and continuous improvement
