Key Responsibilities

  • Provide excellence in end-to-end process improvement practices and methodologies.
  • Provide leadership to influence a company culture of CI and OpEx.
  • Responsible for developing, deploying, and maintaining methodologies and workflows.
  • Observe to maximize workforce efficiency and adoption of appropriate behaviors to enable engagement.
  • Derive metrics to measure plant and equipment capacity to support identification of equipment and process flow bottlenecks.

Key Skills Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Scientific or Engineering related discipline
  • Lean Six Sigma Black Belt is preferred
  • 7+ years experience across Pharmaceutical, Medical Devices, FMCG, and/or Automation industries, with Continuous Improvement/Lean Deployment/Operational Excellence tasks.
