Salary: 14.00 /Hour - Plus a €30 premium for each night shift worked (for the specific night hour)

About Us: Vardis Cleaning is a company dedicated to providing exceptional service and creating memorable experiences for our clients. We are seeking a friendly, professional, and highly organized Concierge to join our team.

Job Description: As a Concierge, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and clients, providing them with a warm welcome and ensuring their needs are met with efficiency and courtesy. Your role is crucial in creating a positive and lasting impression of our company.

Key Responsibilities:.

  • Provide information about the company's services, facilities, and local attractions.
  • Handle guest inquiries and requests promptly and professionally.
  • Coordinate with other departments to fulfill needs and requests.
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
  • Handle any complaints or issues with a calm and professional demeanor.
  • Perform administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in hospitality or related field is a plus.
  • Proven experience as a Concierge or in a similar customer service role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
  • Ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations.
  • A friendly and approachable demeanor.
