About the Role

We are currently recruiting a Receptionist/Concierge to join our Rapport team at our client's offices in Dublin 2. We are a team of 20 energetic individuals dedicated to providing exceptional customer service and facilities support across our 11 locations. Our client is Ireland's leading commercial property investment company and the largest owner of offices and logistics assets in Dublin.

Type of contract: Full-time, 1-year Fixed-term Maternity cover

Hours: 44 hours per week (Monday-Thursday: 8am-6pm, Friday: 8am-5pm)

Main Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact on the Ground Floor, managing reception and lobby hosting duties.
  • Support daily building activity, assist high-profile occupiers, and warmly welcome visitors, ensuring high-quality customer service.
  • Collaborate with Building Management and Facilities teams, and assist in maintaining safety and functionality during refurbishment projects.
