Overview

We are looking for a Chef de Partie to join the team in UCD. You will work under an amazing Head Chef that has team training at the heart of what he does.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain a high quality of our menu and its presentation
  • Assist our head chef with the overall running of the kitchen
  • Be efficient and have a proven ability to work under pressure
  • Ensures our dishes go to the customer in a timely manner
Qualifications
  • HACCP trained
  • 2+ years experience in a similar role in a busy kitchen environment is essential with a drive and enthusiasm to learn
  • Works well in a team and a busy kitchen
