This role presents a multifaceted opportunity, primarily focused on Food & Beverage and Guest Relations. You'll have the chance to interface with various aspects of hotel management to ensure efficient and timely service to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Undertake managerial tasks in accordance with established standards.
  • Lead management shifts, overseeing all relevant activities.
  • Ensure seamless operations across all departments.
  • Manage and coordinate functions and conferences hosted at the hotel.
  • Interface effectively with guests and the management team to resolve complaints swiftly.
  • Uphold the highest standards of customer service at all times.
  • Assist in staff training as required.
  • Contribute to Health and Safety measures for staff, guests, and other individuals on the premises.
  • Administer emergency and safety procedures, such as fire drills.

Qualifications and Experience:
  • Minimum of 1 years' experience in a comparable role in the Hospitality sector
  • High proficiency in both written and spoken English
  • Exceptional interpersonal abilities
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
