The Role

You'll provide one-to-one support to people in their own homes, helping with:

  • Personal care (washing, dressing, toileting)
  • Light meal prep and assistance with eating
  • Companionship and emotional support
  • Mobility support and daily routines

You'll work independently - but you'll never feel alone. Our support team is just a phone call away.

Schedules That Fit Your Life

We offer full-time, part-time, and flexible hours, with consistent weekly schedules:

  • Morning shifts: 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM
  • Evening shifts: 4:00 PM - 8:00 PM
  • Every second weekend

Once your hours are set, you'll care for the same clients at the same time each week - providing stability for you and for them.

Pay & Perks

We offer enhanced pay based on your experience and qualifications:

  • €13.50/hr - Experience + QQI in Care Skills & Care of the Elderly (newly completed)
  • €14.00-€14.50/hr - Experience + QQI in both required modules
  • €15.00/hr - Experience + Full QQI Level 5 (all 8 modules)

Not Fully Qualified Yet?

If you've cared for a loved one or have relevant experience, we can help.

We offer subsidised QQI training in Care Skills and Care of the Elderly. You'll need to complete this before starting, and we'll support you every step of the way.

The Essentials
  • Based in Wexford Town and surrounding areas
  • Community-based role - you'll need a full driver's licence and access to your own car
  • Must have or be willing to complete QQI Care Skills and Care of the Elderly

Yes - and yes. We don't throw you in the deep end. From day one, you'll be supported by a local, hands-on team who are always available when needed. You'll have control over your schedule, but never feel left on your own.
