As a Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in refining and enhancing AI-powered advertising systems. You will be at the forefront of defining a solution in an uncharted domain, where existing benchmarks are absent. This calls for a team that excels in crafting exceptional data-driven products despite limited resources, embracing the challenge of creating excellence where no precedent exists. Your expertise will be instrumental in shaping the future of AI-driven advertising, contributing to the creation of a data product that sets new standards in the industry.

To achieve this, our Specialist should be a highly collaborative person, work very well and comfortably in groups, methodical, an excellent communicator, and will be working through big data sets and several sets of guidelines to identify areas of opportunity across the entire ecosystem.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Data analysis and management: Be the expert on the assigned guidelines to foresee and pre-empt quality issues and continuously improve the quality of our data.
  • Provide a set amount of outputs on a weekly basis, continuously learn new guidelines and adapt to the changes.
  • Provide high-quality feedback: Review work submitted by a large remote-based workforce and collaborate with team members regularly to write qualitative reports.
  • Creation and delivery of training material through the creation of eLearning materials, online video production, and webinar hosting to support performance improvement processes.
  • The role will require a high degree of confidence and experience using internet-based technologies and online research.
  • Flexibility to adjust to frequent changes in line with customer requirements and project evolution.

Role Requirements:

  • Dutch fluent
  • Understanding of data labeling, annotation, and evaluation methodologies - Required
  • Previous quality control experience is a plus.
  • Experience with SQL, HTML would be desirable.
  • Oral and written comprehension.
  • Appropriate use of language.
  • Google Workspace - Intermediate.
  • Familiarity with ethical considerations and challenges in AI, particularly in the context of advertising.
