Overview

Health Care Assistant role at Evergreen Care, Ballyboggan Lower, Castlebridge. Location: Ballyboggan Lower, Castlebridge. Contract: Full-time. Salary is based on experience.

Evergreen Care is a healthcare organisation providing long- and short-term residential care and services, focusing on older people and other residents in need of residential care. Responsibilities
  • Work as part of a team of Health Care Assistants under the direction of the Nursing team to provide quality person-centered care to meet residents' needs and support them to continue living independently with privacy and dignity.
  • Promote a caring environment for residents through high standards of professional practice addressing their physical, emotional, social, intellectual, and spiritual needs.
Required Education, Skills and Qualifications
  • Previous experience or a relevant QQI Level 5 in Health Care Support is preferred but not essential. Further CPD is available.
  • Must be compassionate and have great interpersonal skills.
  • Training will be provided to the successful candidate.
