The Merrion, one of Dublin's finest luxury hotels, is recruiting for a Spa Receptionist to join our professional and friendly Spa Team. Centrally located in Dublin, within easy reach of public transport, this role offers you the opportunity to work in a beautiful hotel with high standards and full training. Working alongside an experienced team, you will enjoy comprehensive training and a supportive environment.

• Replying to guest inquiries via email and telephone.
• Arranging Spa Therapist bookings.
• Explaining spa treatments, memberships and spa retail products to guests and members.
• Opening and closing the Spa & Health Club.
• Being a point of contact and information for guests and colleagues.

A candidate with the ability to be professional and communicate courteously and effectively with guests and colleagues alike. Your enthusiasm should be infectious and instil confidence in the services offered. These qualities will help us remain a caring and successful hotel.

Shift work and flexibility are required in this position.

The Merrion, a member of the prestigious Leading Hotels of the World, is located opposite Government Buildings in the heart of the city centre. Created from four Georgian Townhouses, the 142 bedrooms and suites are arranged around two 18th Century style gardens.
