Velvre Spa is a luxury medi-spa located in Dublin 8, Ireland.

The spa features a private consultation room, five treatment rooms, a dedicated medi room, two express medi-Chairs for fast focused treatments and a relaxation area. The Thermal Suite includes a hydrotherapy pool, sauna, steam room, ice station, experience showers and heated loungers.

Join us to apply for the Spa Receptionist Full-Time role at Radisson Blu Royal Hotel Dublin City.

The ideal candidate will have experience working in a luxury Spa. We are looking for individuals who are highly guest-focused with exceptional interpersonal skills, a gentle understated manner, and who are passionate about providing memorable Spa experiences and exceeding all guest expectations.

Responsibilities
  • Provides efficient and courteous service to all guests in accordance with customer care standards and training protocols.
  • Carries out front-of-house duties and meets and greets to support smooth operations of the business, answers phone calls and takes spa bookings.
  • Gives clients/guests tours of the spa facilities.
  • Ensures that all clients receive services of the best possible quality.
  • Handles any client complaints professionally and alerts management of them.
  • Keeps a fresh supply of drinks and water on hand for clients/guests.
  • Guarantees that clean towels are provided for clients/guests.
  • Guarantees that all facilities in the spa are always clean.
Qualifications
  • Experience working in a luxury Spa (but not essential).
  • Warm and caring personality.
  • Willingness to work as part of a team.
  • Flexibility.
