As a TEAMMATE:

The successful candidate in this role will diagnose and repair our Hearing & Balance Medical Devices. You will complete device calibration, electrical safety tests, and maintain 100% accuracy in all process-related documentation to ensure our customers can rely on our life-enhancing diagnostic products.

Position: Service Repair Technician

What you'll do in this role:

  • Diagnose customer units
  • Repair and calibrate customer units
  • Handle receiving/shipping of customer units
  • Complete reports and record notes using EBS
Working hours:
  • Monday to Thursday: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
  • Friday: 8:00 am - 1:00 pm
What we are looking for:
  • Leaving Cert or equivalent education
  • 1-2 years of experience in a Medical Device or Electronics production environment
  • Proficient in using electronic test equipment
  • Computer literate, with MS Office skills
  • Strong technical aptitude and quick learner
  • Excellent attendance record
