Project Supervisor(White Space) Data Centre - Berlin - 6-Months Contract+

Are you aProject Supervisor looking for your next contract assignment? Our client, one of the top 4 hyperscale data centre providers across the globe, needs the expertise of aProject Supervisorfor their current European projects.

With a global footprint over 5 continents and 60 countries, this is an exciting opportunity to join a truly international organisation responsible for providing some of the world's most recognisable scalable data centres. This forward-thinking data centre provider has plans to double the number of facilities in the EMEA region by .

This is an opportunity for you to work client-side with an ambitious organisation in the data centre market.

Responsibilities:

White space fit out within the 4 walls of a data hall within a live operational data centre facilityManage the end to end project from design handover through to handoverFit out of the electrical infrastructure equipment to facilitate the customers hardwareSupporting both existing customers re figure their data halls as well as servicing new customersManaging the contractor who are undertaking the worksWorking closely with the Health and safety and quality teams to ensure the contractors are working safely and dynamicallyAbility to deal with multiple smaller high-volume project at one time (6-12 projects at a time)Project example: Expanding a client space, bringing in racks and running new infrastructure, structured cabling, replacing raised floor, circuit breakers.Requirements:
Previous data centre experience working within white space (servers, storage, containment, network gear, cabling, racks, air conditioning units, power distribution systems)Previous experience as a project manager, client implication manager, project supervisorGerman speakingExperience in contractor supervisionPrevious experience in managing a project programme and budgetHealth and safety and quality consciousProactive and confident to highlight contractor or safety issuesAbility to be on site in Berlin in Germany 4-5 days a weekAvailable to start in MarchIf this role is of interes to you, please apply now
