The Role

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Creative Designer with a passion for brand storytelling and a proven ability to bring campaigns to life across every touchpoint—digital, print, social, video, events, and beyond for a growing part of our business. This is a new role. This role is ideal for a seasoned creative who sees the big picture, connects disparate projects into cohesive brand narratives, and thrives in cross-functional, fast-paced environments. You'll play a key role in shaping a unified creative expression that resonates with institutional clients, financial advisors, and high-net-worth individuals—while navigating the complexity of a regulated industry.

Your responsibilities:

• Lead and execute compelling creative concepts rooted in strategy, insight, and brand consistency
• Develop holistic design systems that scale across integrated campaigns, platforms, and formats
• Collaborate with designers, copywriters, project managers, and senior stakeholders to bring multi-channel ideas to life
• Guide creative development across branding, advertising, photography, video, experiential, infographics, and print
• Translate complex financial topics into accessible and emotionally resonant design
• Ensure creative outputs meet brand, regulatory, and accessibility standards
• Present and articulate creative vision to leadership with a clear business case
• Continuously raise the bar on visual quality, storytelling, and craft
• Champion innovation by incorporating new tools, including AI-driven creative workflows

Your Profile

Essential skills/knowledge/experience:

• Extensive creative experience, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead design role
• Strong portfolio demonstrating brand systems, campaign integration, and cross-channel work
• Deep understanding of creative strategy, typography, layout, and visual hierarchy
• Strong communicator and collaborator who can influence across levels and departments
• Proven experience working with or within financial services, fintech, or highly regulated industries
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and project management tools
• Experience managing agency relationships and internal teams
• Familiarity with motion design and video editing workflows
• Experience with Ceros or other interactive platforms
• Knowledge of accessibility best practices (WCAG)
• Exposure to AI-powered design tools or content personalization at scale
• Experience contributing to business development or client presentations
• Highly organized and detail oriented
• Strategic and forward-thinking
• Excellent communicator and collaborator
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Analytical and data driven
