About the Role

  • Design and deploy impactful HR programs, providing expert advice and guidance to stakeholders.

This role plays a pivotal part in bridging the gap between HR Centres of Expertise and the business, ensuring tailored solutions meet real business needs.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Advanced degree or HR certification preferred.
  • 15+ years of broad HR generalist and organizational development experience in complex environments.
  • 5-8 years in HR leadership roles, operating in strategic and consultative capacities.
  • Proven international or multi-market HR exposure.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence senior leadership teams.
