As a senior data strategist, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of healthcare by applying advanced analytics techniques to solve complex challenges in the US healthcare system.Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deploy impactful analytical solutions, taking full ownership of projects from problem framing and data exploration to model development, deployment, and monitoring—delivering measurable improvements in healthcare cost, quality, and access
  • Lead by example as a hands-on technical expert, writing production-grade code and contributing directly to the development of big data systems, pipelines, and tools
  • Collaborate closely with business and technical leadership, acting as a strategic thought partner to shape the roadmap for data-driven innovation across provider networks, claims data, and member experience
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in SQL and Python/R with a strong track record of building analytical solutions and solving complex technical problems through hands-on coding and model development.Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field such as mathematics, statistics, computer science, actuarial science, engineering, or related discipline
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to diverse audiences and influence decision-making
