Role DescriptionThe Telesales Co-Ordinator is responsible for re-engaging dormant or lapsed customers through outbound calling. The role involves building relationships, uncovering renewed opportunities, and passing qualified leads to the sales team for follow-up and conversion.
Key Responsibilities- Make outbound calls to dormant customers to reintroduce the company's products/services.
- Re-establish relationships, identify renewed business needs, and qualify opportunities.
- Maintain and develop a pipeline of reactivated customer leads for the sales team.
- Accurately record all customer interactions, outcomes, and opportunities in the CRM system.
- Meet or exceed call activity, re-engagement, and lead generation targets.
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth handover of qualified leads.
- Provide excellent customer service, professionalism, and brand representation at all times.
- Excellent verbal communication and rapport-building skills.
- Strong phone etiquette with the ability to handle objections positively.
- Confident, persuasive, and resilient in reconnecting with dormant accounts.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Target-driven with a proactive, results-focused approach.
- Comfortable making high volumes of outbound calls to dormant customers.
- Experience with CRM systems is an advantage.
