We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Accounts Assistant to join our team in Sligo. Reporting directly to the Agribusiness Management Accountant, this full-time role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to our growth and develop your career in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage daily operations of Creditors / Accounts Payable
  • Reconcile creditor accounts regularly
  • Ensure invoices are processed, validated, and approved
  • Adhere to payment terms with suppliers
  • Coordinate with purchasing and invoice matching departments
  • Resolve issues with suppliers / creditors
  • Prepare and maintain management reports
  • Perform other duties as required

  • Ability to work independently with enthusiasm
  • Strong interpersonal skills and confidence with stakeholders
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills

  • Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office and ERP systems
