They now seek a dedicated, passionate Junior Sous Chef to assist in ensuring the smooth operation of this very busy kitchen and the delivery of a top-class food offering.

Responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the Head Chef in kitchen management
  • Ensuring food quality and presentation
  • Maintaining high standards of hygiene and safety

The ideal candidate will have:

  • At least three years' experience as Junior Sous or Chef de Partie in high-volume, quality restaurants
  • Strong HACCP and food hygiene knowledge
  • Excellent culinary skills and a passion for good food
  • A positive attitude and a commitment to learning and development
