Key Roles:
Manage and assess Travel Claims, ensuring professional service in compliance with client and regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities include:
- Managing claim files professionally and accurately
- Assessing travel claims according to guidelines and policies
- Processing claim payments timely and accurately
- Maintaining communication with claimants and team members
- Supporting technical development of colleagues
- Identifying fraud, recoveries, and complaints early
Qualifications/Skills:
- Knowledge of Travel Insurance Products and Policy Wordings
- Understanding of the Claim Life Cycle
- Strong analytical and numeracy skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Notes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and innovatively
