Key Roles:

Manage and assess Travel Claims, ensuring professional service in compliance with client and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities include:

  • Managing claim files professionally and accurately
  • Assessing travel claims according to guidelines and policies
  • Processing claim payments timely and accurately
  • Maintaining communication with claimants and team members
  • Supporting technical development of colleagues
  • Identifying fraud, recoveries, and complaints early

Qualifications/Skills:

  • Knowledge of Travel Insurance Products and Policy Wordings
  • Understanding of the Claim Life Cycle
  • Strong analytical and numeracy skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Notes
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and innovatively
