Here at Barden, we are excited to be partnering with a well-known brand to identify a Commercial Business Partner to join their FP&A Team. This role will suit someone who is passionate about partnering with business stakeholders, is a forward thinker, and has a natural skill in translating Finance data into meaningful insights for the business.

ABOUT THE ROLE

  1. Take on a lead role in the forecasting and budgeting setting process.
  2. Act as a key Finance Business Partner to the business stakeholders.
  3. Identify and investigate variances to budget & forecast, proactively identifying opportunities for improvement.
  4. Develop and maintain strong relationships with the business and cross-functional teams at all levels.
  5. Deep dive into financial data and become a subject matter expert with the ability to provide additional insights to the business.
  6. Become a central point of contact between Finance and the wider business.
  7. Participate in group-wide projects as required.

ABOUT THE PERSON

  1. Qualified accountant with a minimum of 5 years post-qualified experience.
  2. Excellent communicator with proven influencing skills across all levels.
  3. Highly analytical, with a natural numerical aptitude.
  4. Strong commercial acumen.
  5. Ability to problem solve and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  6. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  7. Motivated self-starter who enjoys working as part of a team.
