Overview

We have a fantastic opportunity for a BIM Model Manager to join our growing team. This role will involve providing BIM support, project setup, maintenance, and federation for users/projects. This role will provide excellent opportunities for career advancement within our BIM Department working on projects within the Pharma, Life Sciences, Mission Critical, and Food & Beverage sectors.

This person can be based in our Dublin or Cork office.

Responsibilities
  • BIM project set-up and support/admin for a multi-discipline project across multiple application platforms (AutoCAD, Revit, NavisWorks, etc.).
  • BIM integration/interoperability with internal design team members.
  • BIM integration/interoperability with external vendors.
  • Maintain BIM360 cloud models and reporting.
  • BIM software installations and support.
  • Coordination of 3rd party models.
  • Communicate across multiple discipline teams.
  • Ensure compliance of all documentation with internal and client procedures.
  • Co-ordinate the activities of other project leads and modellers/detailers to maintain a coordinated design approach and clash avoidance.
Qualifications
  • Ideally Level 7+ qualification in a relevant field or 7+ years' experience in the industry.
  • Experience within the engineering/construction industry of medium to large capital projects is advantageous.
  • Excellent organisation & communication skills both verbal and written and ability to work within a multi-disciplinary team environment.
  • Proven experience in a technical and/or engineering space with a comprehensive understanding of project information management principles and application.
  • Incredibly good experience of the use of multi-BIM software is necessary – Revit, NavisWorks, and AutoCAD.
