Construction Sales Executive

Our clients are market leaders in the provision of supply, installation and service of construction products and services.

They are seeking a results-driven external hardware sales executive working in the Munster area. The role will involve dealing with new and existing clients and promoting the brand. The role will require an ability to understand the needs of the client and best identify where the company can provide the appropriate solution.

Responsibilities.

  • Promoting, specifying, and selling architectural hardware.
  • Cross selling all the company portfolio of products and services.
  • Developing customer relationships.
  • Develop and meet agreed sales targets and order bank.
  • Ensuring that all sales are within agreed margin levels.
  • Continue to monitor and adapt to markets trends.
  • Assist in the development of the company sales strategy.

Requirements.

  • Previous experience within the construction sector.
  • Active network of architects and contractors.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and on own initiative.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
  • Ability to deliver presentations to clients.
