On behalf of an international infrastrucure firm in Dublin, we are looking to hire a Commercial Accountant.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive monthly project performance reviews and analysis to inform business decisions.
  • Evaluation of the budget Cost Value Reports prepared by the QS team responsible for the project.
  • Ensuring project forecasts are updated and key project data is reviewed and accurately reported.
  • Developing, building and maintenance of data analytical dashboards for the Group using Power BI or other systems / software.
  • Ad-hoc projects and reporting including ESG, tenders, etc.

Qualifications:

  • Qualified Accountant with 1-3 year Post Qualified Experience (PQE).
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and provide strategic recommendations.
  • Construction/ real estate experience highly advantageous but not essential.
  • Strong level of excel and experience with Power BI or other analytical tools is desirable.

Candidates coming from a financial accounting background are encouraged to apply if you have a strong interest in the property/ construction/ infrastructure sector(s).
