A Room Outside is a leading provider of premium outdoor wellness products. We are currently seeking a motivated

and detail-oriented Sales and Administration Executive to support both customer-facing and internal operations as

we continue to grow.

Key Responsibilities -

Engage with customers in-store and online to promote products and close sales

Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business

Track sales targets and report performance to management

Assist with visual merchandising and in-store product displays

Participate in promotional events when required

Administration

Handle day-to-day administrative tasks including invoicing, order processing and filing

Manage inventory records and coordinate stock deliveries with suppliers

Maintain customer databases and ensure accurate record-keeping

Support the team with scheduling, correspondence and documentation

Ideal Candidate -

Previous experience in retail sales, customer service or administrative support

Strong organizational and multitasking skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Proficiency in Microsoft and basic POS or inventory systems and familiarity

with social media, e-commerce and basic design tools

A proactive, reliable and customer focused mindset

Familiarity with outdoor products is a plus
