Overview

This role supports the BusConnects project in Ireland, a multi‑year program delivering 12 schemes across Dublin, Cork, Limerick, Galway and Waterford, including 230 kilometres of bus priority corridors and 200 kilometres of cycle paths and improved pedestrian facilities.

Responsibilities
  • Provide support to the Project Manager (BusConnects) to ensure the project is delivered efficiently and on time.
  • Maintain accurate site schedules and report project plan progress, milestones, conflicts and opportunities for input into the master schedule.
  • Manage the impact of schedule changes and ensure timelines are communicated to relevant stakeholders.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years' experience in schedule management with a proven track record in high‑value road or infrastructure projects.
  • Ability to manage multiple technical requirements and teams within a construction environment.
  • Fully proficient in P6 and MS Office applications and other project tools and methodologies.
  • Experience in scheduling and resource management for large scale/value projects and programmes.
  • Advanced capability with scheduling systems administrative functions such as layouts, resources, reports and codes.
  • Ability to identify and resolve unforeseen risks and issues.
