Overview

AKESO Healthsearch (formerly AGC Healthcare) is currently hiring a Recruitment Scheduler to join the existing team. This is a 6-month contract role with a possibility for extension. AKESO Healthsearch is a leading provider of healthcare recruitment services in Ireland connecting healthcare professionals with public and private clients for permanent placements, contracts and locum. Responsibilities include:

  • Schedule healthcare workers and manage weekend/out-of-hours rotas.
  • Manage calls and emails promptly and professionally.
  • Update the internal scheduling system.
  • Build relationships with clients and candidates by providing and maintaining an excellent level of service delivery to ensure retention and a positive experience.
  • Support ad hoc duties when required.
The ideal candidate should have:
  • Minimum 1 year experience as a scheduler/coordinator (ideally in healthcare recruitment but not essential).
  • A sense of urgency and ability to thrive in a target-driven environment.
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills – confident on the phone when interacting with candidates and clients.
  • Strong administration skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritise workload.
  • Self-motivated, driven, and positive attitude.
