Recruiting Coordinator (12 Month Contract) – Dublin, Ireland

We operate in a hybrid working model with offices in San Francisco, Chicago, Dublin, London and Sydney. You will be expected to be in the office in Dublin at least 3 days a week.

What will I be doing? (Responsibilities)
  • Manage the end-to-end interview scheduling process, including candidate communication, interview panel coordination, and room booking. Ensure a smooth interview experience for candidates and interviewers.
  • Support recruiters and hiring panels by opening, organising, and maintaining recruitment data in our ATS. Generate reports and provide data insights as required.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for candidates throughout the hiring process. Continuously seek ways to improve the candidate experience.
  • Facilitate on-site interviews, including greeting candidates, preparing interview spaces, and ensuring a welcoming office experience.
  • Assist with posting job openings on various job boards and Intercom's careers page. Ensure job descriptions are up-to-date and attractive to potential candidates.
  • Assist with maintaining recruitment-related documents, templates, and processes. Help streamline and optimise recruitment operations, including organising recruitment events, managing recruitment campaigns, and coordinating with external vendors.
  • Represent Intercom's mission, vision, and values with integrity, and help us attract AI-enthusiasts who are excited to shape the future of customer service.
What skills do I need? (Qualifications)
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience working with a fast-paced, high growth Recruiting team
  • Strong attention to detail, high sense of urgency, and prioritisation and multi-tasking skills
  • Affinity for improving and caring for the candidate experience
  • Proficiency in multiple tools and systems: GSuite, Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems
  • Familiarity with our scheduling, recruiting and HR Systems (Greenhouse, Workday, Candidate.FYI)
