Okta's University Recruiting team is growing in Ireland, and we are building a long-term, scalable program. We're looking for a highly motivated University Recruiter to help us meet our growth goals. You'll support intern and new grad hiring across Ireland, focusing on full-cycle recruiting and assisting with our University program. This includes participating in UR events, helping build campus relationships, and supporting intern program activities, along with other projects.
Key Responsibilities- Execute University Recruiting Initiatives: Support the full recruiting lifecycle for both intern and new graduate positions in Ireland. This includes assisting with job description development, sourcing, candidate evaluation, and helping convert interns to full-time hires.
- Support Candidate Experience: Help ensure a high-touch, positive experience for all candidates throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact through the internship program.
- Participate in Campus Engagement: Represent Okta at campus events such as information sessions, workshops, and networking events. Help promote Okta's employer brand and highlight career opportunities.
- Assist with University Partnerships: Support relationships with key university stakeholders, including career services and student organizations.
- Collaborate with Internal Teams: Work closely with internal teams like hiring managers and professional recruiting to ensure alignment on recruiting goals.
- Support Internship Program: Help coordinate aspects of the intern program, including onboarding and event planning.
- Experience: 2+ years in Recruiting, with some university recruiting experience preferred.
- Collaboration: A desire to work collaboratively and support team goals.
- Communication Skills: Good communication skills, with comfort interacting with candidates and university partners.
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Travel Availability: Willingness to travel during peak recruiting times for campus events.
