At AECOM we are currently recruiting for a Technical Programme Coordinator to join us at our Dublin office.Here's what you'll do: Your day to day will include but not be limited to the following tasks and responsibilities:The Programme Coordinator is responsible for the oversight, coordination, and reporting of assigned programme workstreams.
Working collaboratively with Technical Teams and other project stakeholders, the Coordinator plays a critical role in ensuring the efficient and high-quality delivery of programme objectives across all streams.Workstream Oversight:
Manage and oversee individual programme workstreams, ensuring milestones, timelines, and deliverables are met.Cross-Team Coordination:
Collaborate closely with internal Technical Teams to align workstream activities with programme goals and technical standards.Stakeholder Collaboration:
Coordinate with Programme Coordinators on parallel or related projects to ensure a consistent, integrated, and collaborative approach across the wider programme.Quality Assurance:
Maintain and promote high standards in design, specification, and delivery throughout the lifecycle of the programme.Reporting:
Provide regular, structured updates to the Overall Programme Lead (OPL), including progress reports, risk identification, and mitigation strategies.QualificationsReady to push the limits of what's possible?
