Sustainable Talent is hiring a Corporate Recruiter to support a globally recognized technology client as part of our embedded recruitment model. This client is transforming how organizations harness data, AI, and cloud technologies to power the next generation of applications. As part of their internal Talent Acquisition team, you will help scale their Corporate functions across EMEA—hiring top talent in Marketing, Finance, Legal, Real Estate, and People Operations.

This is a contract role reporting to the Corporate Recruiting Lead for EMEA & APAC. We are seeking candidates based in Dublin to support a hybrid working model.

What You'll Do
  1. Serve as a strategic partner to hiring managers—owning the full-cycle recruitment process from intake to offer.
  2. Build and execute customized sourcing strategies to develop diverse, high-quality pipelines across Corporate functions.
  3. Engage directly with candidates through all stages of the hiring process, delivering a consistent, best-in-class experience.
  4. Use Greenhouse to track candidate progress, ensure accurate reporting, and support ongoing optimization.
  5. Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams and stakeholders across time zones and regions.
  6. Adapt quickly to shifting priorities and provide recruiting coverage across multiple business units when needed.
What You Bring
  1. 4+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience, with a focus on Corporate roles.
  2. Experience working in or recruiting for tech-driven companies is a strong plus.
  3. Demonstrated success sourcing and closing top talent in dynamic, high-growth environments.
  4. Strong relationship-building skills and a consultative, data-driven approach to recruiting.
  5. Proficiency with Greenhouse or similar ATS platforms.
  6. Comfort working across multiple locations, time zones, and business groups.
  7. Must be based in Dublin and open to a hybrid schedule.
