Senior Legal Counsel - Litigation

This is a senior legal counsel role with the following requirements:


• Manage pending and threatened litigation, arbitration and regulatory inquiries


• Serve as the primary point of contact with external counsel on litigation matters, including strategy setting, review pleadings, and oversee case budgets


• Provide strategic legal advice and risk assessments to internal business units regarding potential disputes or contentious matters


• Develop and maintain litigation playbooks, reporting templates, and best practices

The candidate should:


• have law degree with 7+ years of legal practice, including in-house experience


• have litigation experience


• preferably have internet and technology experience


• be entrepreneurial and proactive


• be able to work independently
