Talent Acquisition Coordinator (Fixed Term Contract)

Location: Cork (hybrid)

The International Talent Acquisition team supports Hiring Managers across Ireland, UK, India, Malta, China & Malaysia, whilst partnering with the wider HR function including HR Operations and HR Business Partners to ensure that the workforce delivers on our business strategy, goals and objectives. Reporting to the TA Senior Manager, this role requires a strong co-ordinator with a recruitment background ideally from a multinational environment.

This is a great opportunity for a TA Coordinator that is driven to hire the best talent for a fast-paced, industry leading, healthcare company. Key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Responsible for executing the TA workflow within the relevant HR systems (Workday, Hiredscore, Paradox etc.)
  • Proactively sourcing candidates through multiple channels, including referrals, outbound efforts, leveraging professional networks, and engaging with passive candidates to maintain a robust candidate pool.
  • Conducting screening interviews to recruit prospective employees
  • Evaluating employment factors such as job experience, education and training, skills, knowledge and abilities, and other data pertinent to classification and selection
  • Working closely with candidates and guiding them throughout the hiring process ensuring a positive experience
  • Scheduling multiple interviews for Hiring Managers for candidate interviews
  • Ad hoc administration duties such as raising POs, updating recruitment trackers, and assisting in monthly reporting

Critical Skills

  • 2+ years Coordinator experience in a corporate environment
  • 2 years' experience in Human Resources or Talent Acquisition
  • Proven ability in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
  • Experience working with recruiting/applicant tracking systems (Workday preferred)
  • Experience in sourcing and projects via LinkedIn
  • Experience scheduling across multiple time zones and geographies
  • Experience supporting remote recruiters and hiring teams
  • Strong relationship building with a focus on customer service

Additional Knowledge and Skills Job holder requirements to be successful in this role

  • You will need to be extremely detail oriented, be trusted to maintain a high degree of confidentiality, have superior organisational, customer service and time management skills and be able to juggle multiple tasks, while meeting strict deadlines.
  • Ability to manage multiple calendars across different time zones
  • Ability to be proactive in seeking to contribute and improve efficiency in all areas

Typical Minimum Qualifications

Degree or equivalent and typically requires 2+ years of relevant experience.

Office Environment

  • Traditional office requirements with a Hybrid (remote, on site) working environment
  • Large percentage of time performing computer-based work is required.

In addition to base pay, other compensation, such as an annual bonus or long-term incentive opportunities may be offered.

Our Base Pay Range for this position

€41,700 - €69,500
