We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team at Recruiters. As an integral part of our operations, this role will be responsible for managing recruiting activities and building candidate relationships.

The successful candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in recruitment coordination or a related field, with excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with internal and external clients and candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Scheduling interviews and phone screens with candidates and hiring managers, arranging travel for visiting candidates as needed.
  2. Updating candidate records and job postings in our recruiting systems, confirming new hires.
  3. Providing follow-up correspondence to candidates on recruiting status via email and phone calls.
  4. Tracking recruiting activities and providing candidate status in a weekly report.
  5. Coordinating post-interview debrief meetings and providing debrief materials.
  6. Identifying opportunities for improving candidate experience and scheduling efficiency.
  7. Assisting in coordinating other recruiting activities as needed.

Required Skills:

  1. 1-2 years of experience in recruitment coordination or a related field.
  2. Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  3. Bachelor's degree.
  4. Superb customer focus, attention to detail, and organization skills.
  5. Strong oral and written communication skills.
  6. Ability to work in a fast-paced, quickly changing environment.
