Basic Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems (MIS), Computer Science, or a related field—or equivalent hands-on experience.

4+ years of experience as a Technical or Business Analyst, with a proven track record of delivering results.

Foundational understanding of cloud and data center infrastructure, including compute, storage, and networking.

Proficiency in Microsoft 365, especially SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Power BI, and Planner—tools you'll use daily to drive collaboration and insight.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively across technical and non-technical audiences.

Self-starter with the ability to work independently and thrive in cross-functional, fast-paced environments.

Demonstrated success in agile environments—collaborative, adaptable, and proactive in solving challenges.

Preferred Qualifications

Familiarity with modern DevOps practices, including Infrastructure as Code (IaC), Configuration Management, APIs, Automated Testing, and Documentation.

Experience working in regulated or compliance-driven environments is a plus.

Exposure to cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and automation tools is highly desirable.
