Business Analyst Job Title: Business Analyst Location: Dublin (Hybrid: 2-3 days on-site) Job Type: Full time / Permanent Salary: €60,000 - €70,000 Description: Leading insurance company seeking an experienced business analyst to support & advise the implementation of digital solutions through understanding / documenting requirements of customers that align with company's strategic vision Key Responsibilities: Identify business requirements & provide actionable, data-driven insights Bridge communication gaps across cross-functional teams & aid the deployment of solutions Conduct user research programs & analyse processes to inform decisions Support the delivery of the entire project life cycle; from conception to post implementation Inform the development of digital initiative, including SEO, social media, and digital advertising campaigns Requirements: 5+ years relevant experience as a business analyst (ideally with time spent within the insurance field) Comfortable facilitating workshops, interacting with stakeholders, producing wireframes, user stories & reviewing technical specifications Adaptable & eager to learn in a fast-paced working environment Excellent attention to detail & problem-solving ability Experience of Agile / Waterfall methodologies, UX Practices such as JIRA, policy admin systems, and SQL are a plus If you're interested in this position, apply within the link provided or contact Tom at Reperio Reperio Human Capital acts as an Employment Agency and an Employment Business.
