We are seeking a talented and motivated Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in analyzing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing solutions that enhance operational efficiency at a junior or mid level role. As a Business Analyst, you will work closely with various stakeholders to understand their needs, define requirements, and deliver high-quality solutions that drive business success.

Key Responsibilities:

*Conduct thorough business process analysis to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement.
*Analyze data and prepare reports to support decision-making processes.
*Work with technical teams to ensure that solutions meet business needs and align with strategic objectives.
*Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented solutions and recommend further improvements.

Requirements:

*Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
*1+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
*Experience with data modeling and process mapping.
*Familiar with the principles of Hadoop, Spark, Flink, Kafka, ClickHouse, Hive, and/or other related technologies, and able to perform basic operations and maintenance.
*Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
*Strong writing and communication skills in English and Mandarin are are required.

Preferred Skills:

*Knowledge of industry-specific processes and systems.
*Experience with business intelligence tools and data visualization software.
*Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
*Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC) and project management principles.
*Certification in Business Analysis (CBAP, IIBA) is a plus.

*A valid full-time right to work in Ireland is required for this position.*
