We're looking for an experienced Business Analyst to drive upstream analysis, define scalable solutions, and ensure business needs are translated into effective change — across systems, processes, and operations.
What You'll Do:
Analyse current workflows and identify root problems and opportunities
Define future-state processes and support solution design
Collaborate with stakeholders to shape clear, actionable requirements
Support technical change, configuration, and in-life enablement
Contribute to business readiness, training, and launch planning
Assess cross-functional impacts and support delivery sequencing
What You'll Bring:
5-10+ years' experience in business analysis within complex programmes
Expertise in gap analysis, process mapping, and solution shaping
Strong technical literacy and stakeholder collaboration skills
Experience in telecoms, marketplaces, or e-commerce is a plus
Familiarity with BPMN, agile frameworks, and low-code platforms
